Bouziane Behillil has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 1992 and co-founded Cambacérès Avocats in 2014. He holds a DESS postgraduate degree in business and tax law, a Magistère in economic activities law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in international business, trade and tax law.
He practised at Baker & McKenzie and then at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP before founding his own firm. His practice covers business litigation, company law, contracts, directors' liability and corporate restructuring.
He works in French, English, Italian, Dutch and Arabic, and also acts on matters involving Europe, North Africa, West Africa and the Middle East.
